Refund Policy

Digital products
Our digital products (video lessons, eBooks, guides and printables) are delivered instantly by email. Because access is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final once access has been delivered.

We will gladly issue a full refund if:
- you were charged but did not receive access, and we are unable to deliver it within 2 business days of your message;
- a file is damaged or will not open, and we are unable to fix it or send a working copy;
- you were charged twice for the same order.

To request one of these refunds, email info@racksidemahjong.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number.

Physical products
If your mahjong set arrives damaged, defective or with missing pieces, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

You may also return an unopened, unused set within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please email us before sending anything back so we can give you the return address.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit.
