These terms apply to your use of racksidemahjong.com and to any purchase from Rackside, operated by GD Digital Media LLC ("we", "us"). By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products
Rackside sells educational digital products about American Mahjong (video lessons, eBooks, guides and printables) and physical mahjong products. Rackside and The Mahj Method are independent learning resources. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the National Mah Jongg League. To play a standard game you will need the official annual card, which is sold separately by the National Mah Jongg League.

2. Your license to digital products
When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning. You may print copies for your personal use. You may not share your access, resell, copy, upload, distribute or publicly display our lessons, videos, eBooks or printables, in whole or in part. Gifts: if you buy a product as a gift, we will deliver the access to the person you name.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed. Payment is due at checkout.

4. Delivery and access
Digital products are delivered by email. Your access does not expire. If we ever stop offering a product, we will give you a way to download what you purchased. Physical products are shipped as described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Refunds
Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Educational content
Our content is for educational and entertainment purposes. We work hard to make it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee any particular result at the table. The official rules and card of the National Mah Jongg League always take precedence.

7. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our products — text, videos, images, graphics and designs — belongs to GD Digital Media LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Reviews and messages
If you send us a review, comment or suggestion, you allow us to use it to operate and promote our store. Please do not post anything unlawful, misleading or offensive.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our website and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, GD Digital Media LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
