Shipping Policy

Digital products
Digital products are delivered by email right after your order is confirmed. You will receive an email with a link and a 6-digit code to open your lessons and downloads. Nothing ships. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, or email info@racksidemahjong.com.

Physical products
We ship within the United States only.
- Processing time: [1–3] business days.
- Delivery time: 15 business days after shipping.
- Shipping cost: shown at checkout before you pay.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Duties and import fees, if any, are included in the price — there is nothing extra to pay at delivery.

Lost or late packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or your package hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email info@racksidemahjong.com and we will make it right.
